Johnny Urquides brings over 25 years of residential and commercial experience to the Miramonte team. Johnny is well versed in all phases of construction. His experience in taking projects from site development, to bidding and on to the finished product has proven invaluable to Miramonte. In addition, Johnny’s solid negotiation skills ensure that our customers, both residential and commercial, get the best product for the best price possible.

Clear communication is a priority for Johnny. He accomplishes this by keeping the customer, the subcontractors and co-workers engaged. Unifying the build team helps to keep the project on schedule and on budget.

Johnny’s hands on experience in the national and private home building industry as well as his commercial experience compliment the Miramonte team.

Johnny is a University of Arizona alumni and a Native Tucsonan.
