The Process

1. Select a floor plan

Lifestyle is the driving force in which home design meets one’s needs. Meet with one of our experienced Sales Consultants who will assist you in discovering which plan fits your needs. Taking notes and listening to our buyer’s, we explore the various plans available and easily rule out the ones that do not work then narrowing in to one or two plans that meet your criteria. Once the perfect home has been selected we set out to explore the potential home sites within the community. Location, views and lot size are all taken into consideration while we help you select the perfect homesite for your new home.

2. Meet the designers and finalize your options

Our experience design team is here to help you create your dream home. This is your opportunity to personalize your new home by adding touches that fit your personality and style. Cabinets, flooring, countertops, paint and appliances are just some of the finishes you will get to select. Our design team will help you make choices that suit you and your budget.

3. Construction

Now it is time to watch your home come to life. You will have a Pre-construction meeting with your site Superintendent where you will review your site plan, the layout of your home and the options selected. After your Pre-Construction meeting construction will begin. There are several phases during the construction process including:

  • Site preparation
  • Foundation
  • Framing
    (We will schedule a Frame Walk with you to confirm your selections.)
  • Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC
  • Insulation, Drywall and Paint
  • Cabinets and Flooring

Your Sales Consultant will guide you through the process and answer any questions that you may have.

Once your home is complete we will schedule a Homeowner Orientation where you will have the opportunity to become familiar with how your home works and create a punch list for the Superintendent.

4. Move in!

Congratulations! You are now the proud owner of a brand new Miramonte Home. Prior to closing, you will make a signing appointment with the Title Company to sign your closing paperwork and provide your down payment. You will also complete a final walk through on your home with the site Superintendent to sign off on the punch list items from the homeowner orientation. Once the title company has received funds from your lender, or by you if this is a cash purchase, the Escrow Officer will submit for recording with the municipality. You and your Sales Consultant will be notified as soon as your new home has recorded and your Sales Consultant will meet you to deliver your keys. Now you can start moving in and enjoying your brand-new home.
